My package is lost/stolen, what should I do?

After your order leaves our warehouse, Card Mafia cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If you encounter any issues with tracking your shipment, we recommend reaching out to your local post office or parcel carrier for assistance.

If we need to mail a replacement, please note that we reserve the right to use any available shipping method. We'll work with you to find a solution that meets your needs and ensure that your replacement is delivered as promptly as possible.

Can I change my address?

To manage your addresses, please log in to your account and go to the Edit Address option. However, please note that we are unable to guarantee the modification of an existing order's address, as orders are typically shipped on the same day they are placed. Nonetheless, we will do our best to assist you with any address change requests you may have.
